Our Programs

Public health

We implement public health programs in accordance with international standards. We ensure prevention, continuous access to treatment, and the reduction of stigma and discrimination for people in vulnerable situations. We help reduce stress levels, restore emotional balance, and strengthen community resilience.

  • prevention of infectious diseases (HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis);
  • support for people living with infectious and chronic diseases;
  • capacity building and training of medical professionals;
  • improvement of technical and material resources of healthcare facilities;
  • delivery of medicines and facilitation of diagnostic procedures (CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc.);
  • psychological support for individuals.

Social and experimental services

We design and implement innovative social services in response to emerging challenges. We pilot support models that are later scaled up and integrated into community-based social service systems:

  • psychosocial support for children and adults;
  • legal consultations;
  • provision of the social component of early intervention services;
  • delivery of resilience-building social services;
  • addressing educational learning losses among children.

Support for veterans and their families

We support veterans and their families in overcoming the consequences of war and in the process of reintegration. We work with trauma, social isolation, and the return to active community life.

  • peer-to-peer support;
  • facilitation of self-help groups;
  • coordination of the “Phoenix” initiative group;
  • organization of leisure activities (fishing, sports events);
  • support for sexual and reproductive health.

Humanitarian response

We provide rapid basic assistance to vulnerable populations in frontline communities. Using our own logistical and organizational capacities, we ensure timely crisis response:

  • provision of food, hygiene kits, heating materials, medical supplies, and other essential items;
  • support for shelters and collective accommodation centers.

Information and advocacy activities

We work to ensure that the voices of vulnerable communities are heard. We implement advocacy initiatives and campaigns, engage communities in decision-making processes, and conduct social research to influence policies and practices:

  • conducting social research and needs assessments;
  • participation in Clusters, coordination, and advisory bodies;
  • involvement in the development of regulatory and policy documents;
  • organization of public events (forums, competitions, roundtables, etc.).
